What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils
• store clean items
• maintain sanitation solutions and daily records
• clean dish and food-service areas, floors, drains, walls, and storage spaces
• troubleshoot dishwasher malfunctions
• assist with event setup as needed.
