Structural Engineering Professional

Job overview

The engineer performs structural analysis and design, checks calculations, and communicates structural requirements in design documents. The role collaborates with structural leads, engineers, and designers while taking ownership of assigned scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

What you'll do

• Perform conventional structural analysis and design
• evaluate and adapt engineering techniques and criteria
• apply lateral wind and seismic analysis and building-code provisions
• check other engineers' calculations
• manage assigned workload and scope
• identify scope changes
• provide technical guidance and mentorship.
