What you'll do

• Wash, chop, measure, and portion ingredients
• prepare items according to recipes and prep lists
• set up workstations
• label, stock, rotate, and store ingredients
• monitor inventory and communicate needs
• assist with special or therapeutic diet trays
• clean and sanitize prep areas, dishes, utensils, and work areas
• support the kitchen team during service and cleanup
• serve breakfast and lunch.
