What you'll do

• Administer and troubleshoot consumer and business online and mobile banking services
• support customers and employees through service channels
• maintain deposit accounts and process stop payments, corrections, research requests, and exceptions
• balance and reconcile records
• administer debit cards and resolve disputes and fraud claims
• process ACH transactions and support treasury management services
• monitor activity for potential fraud and escalate concerns
• maintain procedures and participate in system testing and process improvement.

Why this role
