What you'll do

• Operate excavators, dozers, motor graders, loaders, skid steers, and trenching equipment
• perform finish and fine grading
• interpret grade stakes, GPS grade control, cut/fill requirements, and slope tolerances
• trench, backfill, install pipe, and prepare sites
• conduct equipment checks, troubleshooting, and basic repairs
• mentor operators and assist foremen with onsite coordination
• follow OSHA, NCDOT, and company policies.
