Field Environmental Technician

Job overview

The Field Environmental Technician role is onsite in North Charleston, SC, with travel for out-of-town projects as required, potentially for two weeks or longer. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The role supports remediation and industrial maintenance projects. The technician performs field work in accordance with project scopes, safety procedures, and applicable regulations. The work contributes to compliant project delivery through accurate documentation, safe vehicle operation, and adherence to site-specific requirements.

What you'll do

• Perform field work on remediation and industrial maintenance projects
• complete timesheets, daily work reports, driver logs, and safety meeting forms
• follow project scopes, schedules, procedures, and safety protocols
• operate and check licensed vehicles
• work outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds or more
• travel for out-of-town projects as required.
