The Director of Benefits leads the strategy, design, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs across a multi-location manufacturing organization. This role is onsite in Decatur, IL, with a salary range of $162,000 to $215,000 per year, and supports the company's mission of creating better ways of living. This role exists to oversee health, welfare, retirement, wellbeing, and leave programs to ensure they are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant. It partners with HR, Finance, and Legal to enhance the employee experience and manage benefit costs.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute benefits strategy
• oversee administration of health, retirement, and leave programs
• lead annual enrollment
• manage vendor and broker relationships
• provide oversight of the onsite health clinic in Warroad, MN
• monitor claims trends
• ensure ERISA and ACA compliance.
