What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain light commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and boilers
• perform preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• conduct leak detection, recovery, and charging in accordance with EPA regulations
• read blueprints and technical manuals
• maintain service records and work orders
• communicate system conditions and recommended repairs
• follow safety procedures and codes
• maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
