What you'll do

• Program robotic welders for welding operations and CNC machine-tending robots
• install, program, and adjust robotic welding equipment and weld controllers
• set up, calibrate, and test robotic arms and sensors
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• troubleshoot robots, controllers, and system malfunctions
• monitor weld quality and adjust settings
• use calipers and gauges and document process variations or quality issues
• assist with setups, tool changes, and production problem-solving
• follow safety and environmental requirements.
