This role serves as a trusted advisor to operations leaders and employees, partnering across a diverse manufacturing workforce to drive talent, employee relations, workforce planning, engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. It contributes directly to business performance by aligning people strategies with operational objectives.

What you'll do

• Partner with plant leadership to provide strategic and day-to-day HR support in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and develop a skilled workforce across multiple operations.
• Coach managers on employee and labor relations matters, policy interpretation, corrective actions, investigations, and performance improvement strategies.
• Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain talent through succession planning, career development, performance management, and targeted learning initiatives.
• Support a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements.
