The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Part-Time, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. role is onsite in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. Pay is $22 per hour. The CNA provides direct resident care under licensed nursing personnel at Signature HealthCARE, LLC. The CNA supports residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being by providing activities of daily living, assisting with transfers and mobility, recording assigned observations, and responding to resident needs. The role contributes to the nursing team by following care plans, respecting resident rights and choices, and maintaining assigned areas.

What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care under licensed nursing personnel
• assist with activities of daily living
• change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies
• ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics
• record assigned vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, and food consumption
• turn and position residents
• answer call lights
• maintain housekeeping standards
• assist with staff orientation and training as requested.
