The Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCMH) role is an onsite position in Dover, DE, with compensation of $36–$55 per hour. Beyond Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric practice providing therapy and related services to children and families. The therapist assesses children’s emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs and provides individualized, evidence-based care. The role supports children and families through individual, family, and group therapy, collaboration with caregivers and other professionals, and timely clinical documentation.
