What you'll do

• Lead and support land development projects from concept through completion
• develop and manage schedules and reports
• manage cost projections, budgets, resource plans, change orders, and plan changes
• evaluate design revisions for cost, schedule, and constructability
• coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and public agencies
• review invoices and payment applications
• oversee site plans, grading, stormwater, utilities, and infrastructure design
• manage bidding and contract execution
• review construction documents
• visit sites and address construction challenges
• manage development proffers and compliance
• uphold quality and safety standards.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Virginia PE license or ability to obtain reciprocity within six months, and 7+ years of relevant land-development experience are required. OSHA 30 certification is preferred. The role includes regular field work.
