What you'll do

• Maintain and restore resident health

• collaborate with the Director of Nursing, nurse practitioners, and physicians
• complete admission and discharge assessments
• audit care-plan changes and charting
• provide hands-on care and medication distribution as needed
• evaluate and prioritize resident care needs.
