What you'll do

• Gather requirements and map processes
• develop solution options and delivery plans
• manage enhancements from intake through release and adoption
• configure and maintain Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, workflows, permissions, automations, and dashboards
• administer user access
• test and validate changes
• provide Tier 1/2 support and coordinate escalations
• support incident, problem, release, and upgrade activities
• facilitate integrations and automation
• develop reports and documentation
• train users and cross-train team members.

Why this role
