What you'll do

• Answer and triage inbound calls
• respond to web chats, emails, instant messages, and calls
• verify caller identities
• navigate credit union tools, websites, and procedures
• explain account details, debit and credit card concerns, and account functionality
• make outbound follow-ups and callbacks
• document interactions and forward requests efficiently.
