What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items for cooking
• follow recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen procedures
• maintain a clean and sanitary station
• plate and garnish dishes
• assist with food preparation during slower periods
• and open or close kitchen stations using checklists.
