What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Educator with play-based, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• supervise and engage students
• help monitor and document developmental progress
• clean and sanitize the classroom
• guide conflict resolution and problem-solving
• support classroom schedules and routines
• communicate with families during drop-off and pick-up and through the Parent Communication app
• collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
