What you'll do

• Lead and mentor distribution engineers, CAD technicians, and junior staff
• set team goals
• oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables
• serve as a client and stakeholder contact
• review, approve, and stamp engineering documents as a licensed PE
• ensure distribution designs meet applicable standards
• conduct system studies
• evaluate emerging technologies
• lead field assessments and construction audits
• and develop engineering policies and practices.
