Corporate Chief Engineer

It works with hotel and regional leaders to implement maintenance standards, training, safety practices, and improvements.

What you'll do

• Oversee hotel maintenance schedules and building systems
• conduct property inspections and enforce preventive maintenance
• support engineering staff development and training
• lead safety and emergency preparedness processes
• develop and manage capital maintenance budgets
• scope, coordinate, and monitor capital projects
• manage vendors, purchasing, and repair expenses
• troubleshoot engineering issues and report findings.
