What you'll do
- Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with carriers, warehouses, and customers
- provide shipment tracking and status updates
- maintain shipment and account data in the transportation management system
- organize and submit shipping documents
- assist Account Managers with reporting and operational follow-up
- monitor shipments and escalate exceptions
- support account accuracy, compliance, and service levels.
