Assistant Store Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with daily store operations
• supervise, coach, and develop team members
• help create schedules and maintain staffing
• monitor sales-floor activity and merchandise displays
• support donation processing and inventory movement
• assist with performance, production, and sales goals
• address customer concerns
• participate in hiring, onboarding, and training
• assist with cash handling, opening and closing, reporting, and store cleanliness and safety.
