What you'll do

• Coordinate communication and patient-care flow across departments
• round in departments to assess and communicate patient transfers
• mentor staff and serve as a resource
• assist directors with follow-up
• provide direct patient care as needed
• help determine patient placement for Acute Care admissions
• assist with after-hours pharmacy needs
• manage Incident Command during a mass casualty incident
• coordinate staffing needs between departments.
