What you'll do

• Assist with daily personal and medical care routines according to individual care plans
• provide physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities
• observe residents and report changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition to nursing
• record medical and health documentation
• cook, serve, and feed meals
• clean and sanitize equipment and living areas
• communicate respectfully and follow safety and healthcare guidelines.
