Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Ensure every customer leaves satisfied by gathering feedback and solving problems.
• Execute quality and engaged training for Customer Service Associates.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and motivating the team.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with peers to develop action plans.
