Essential Responsibilities. Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant within the budget. Ensure compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation and production by adhering to corporate food handling procedures and policies. Ensure Chicken Salad Chick procedures are followed in the dining room, service area and kitchen.
