What you'll do

• Lead development, implementation, and improvement of curricula
• create standards-aligned lesson plans, curriculum maps, pacing guides, activities, interventions, and instructional resources
• train and coach program staff
• direct two part-time Lead Teachers
• observe program sites and provide feedback
• monitor student data and identify improvement areas
• develop interventions
• track academic goals
• collaborate with leadership, school partners, and program teams.
