Workforce Services Employment Specialist

The Workforce Services Employment Specialist role is onsite in Post Falls, ID, and pays $20 per hour. What you'll do

• Screen referrals
• assist with program development and implementation
• maintain participant relationships and records
• follow up on progress
• facilitate person-centered vocational planning
• review assessments and work assets to identify job matches
• provide hands-on workplace support
• deliver job-readiness services
• educate participants and employers
• support accommodations and natural supports
• provide independent living services when directed by contract and service plan.
