Dental Revenue Cycle Manager

What you'll do

• Organize and strategize to increase collections
• improve insurance processing
• develop and implement revenue cycle policies and workflows with leadership
• follow up on denied or rejected claims
• train front-office teams on claim documentation
• post insurance checks and audit patient accounts
• reduce adjustments and bad debt
• process refunds
• support contract payment resolution, collections, audits, and compliance requests.
