What you'll do

• Operate a front-end loader to move soil, gravel, debris, and other materials
• use loader attachments for snow plowing and removal
• clear roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and designated areas
• apply salt or de-icing agents when required
• monitor weather and respond to emergency snow calls, often during off-hours
• inspect equipment before and after operation
• maintain activity and equipment-use logs
• communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and crew
• and follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
