What you'll do

• Establish claims in the claims system
• determine documentation needs and request missing items
• process web claim submissions and payments
• monitor and route claims emails and queues
• match requirements to pending claims and prepare files
• preview death claims and follow up with funeral homes
• resolve routine inquiries and escalate complex issues
• maintain compliant files
• provide Claims Care phone support during high-volume periods or as assigned.
