What you'll do

• Advise companies on U.S. federal and state privacy laws and evolving compliance issues
• develop data protection programs
• conduct privacy assessments and create data maps
• perform data protection impact assessments
• draft and review privacy policies and related documents
• negotiate data processing agreements and other privacy-related contracts
• advise on AI, adtech, health data, biometric information, and children’s and teen data.
