Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Handle cash applications, reconciliations, payment posting, and high-volume transactions
• deposit and record payments
• address payment disputes and returned payments
• prepare, verify, and record customer payments
• reconcile receivables with the AR Manager
• prepare financial reports and monthly billing statements
• assist with bank reconciliations
• research discrepancies and past-due amounts
• coordinate documentation with collections agencies
• draft standard past-due correspondence and contact delinquent account holders.
