What you'll do

• Perform weekly and ongoing wound assessments
• develop and update individualized wound care plans
• administer prescribed treatments and dressing changes
• monitor and document healing progress
• collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• educate nursing staff on wound prevention and skin integrity
• assist with admission skin assessments
• comply with documentation standards
• support infection control and quality improvement initiatives.
