Laundry Aide

The Laundry Aide role is onsite in Sandwich, IL. Pay is $19–$20.50 per hour. Pavilion Healthcare provides long- and short-term skilled nursing care and personalized care for residents and families. The aide keeps laundry operations orderly and sanitary by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and garments. The work supports a clean supply of resident and facility laundry and includes monitoring supplies and reporting equipment maintenance needs.

What you'll do

• Sort linens and treat stains
• load washers and add specified cleaning agents
• dry items as directed
• fold or hang clean laundry. The role may deliver laundry to locations including residents’ rooms. Maintain cleaning-supply inventory, communicate supply needs, and report laundry equipment maintenance needs.
