What you'll do

• Operate the telephone switchboard
• answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns
• handle wake-up, screening, do-not-disturb, call-forwarding, conference, and TDD relay requests
• assist guests with internet access
• provide directions and property information
• contact relevant departments to resolve requests
• follow up on guest concerns
• communicate parking procedures and dispatch bell or valet staff as needed.
