Student Success Coach

The Student Success Coach role is remote, with work hours aligned to student availability and occasional evening or weekend work as duties require. Compensation is not specified. The coach helps students persist in their studies by providing proactive, individualized outreach, identifying barriers, and coordinating support with admissions, instructors, and staff. The role also monitors engagement and retention information and maintains required documentation and reports.

What you'll do

• Conduct welcome and student success calls
• verify student identity in accordance with FERPA
• partner with Admissions to prepare students for their first day
• contact students at milestones and when they miss class
• support high-risk retention students
• coordinate with academic leaders and instructors
• liaise between students and staff
• maintain the Online Facebook page
• compile reports under the Senior Student Success Coach’s direction.
