What you'll do

- oversee patient and family assessment, intervention, and documentation
- investigate complaints and take corrective action
- lead staff selection, development, and evaluation
- oversee employee orientation and education
- assist with program planning
- collaborate with the Medical Director
- oversee quality assessment and performance improvement
- ensure continuity of care and after-hours service availability
- oversee medical records
- visit contracted facilities
- coordinate patient and family services
- advocate for patients
- identify and address safety hazards.
