What you'll do
- Advise students on federal and institutional veteran education benefits
- assist with applications, certifications, and eligibility requirements
- maintain knowledge of VA education programs and compliance regulations
- process veteran education records
- coordinate attendance reporting
- maintain student records in the college ERP system
- communicate policies and procedures
- identify process improvements
- collaborate with Student Services.
