What you'll do

• Prepare, clean, and disinfect operatories
• obtain and document patient health and dental information
• provide pre- and post-operative education and obtain consent forms
• prepare trays, equipment, and instruments and assist with appointments
• perform digital radiographs as directed by the dentist
• schedule and confirm appointments
• track lab cases
• respond appropriately to basic emergencies
• collaborate with interpreters
• train and mentor new employees.
