Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. The aide supports adults with disabilities and seniors who wish to live independently in their homes. Right at Home provides home care services in the community. The aide assists clients with personal care and daily tasks, provides companionship, and reports changes in health or behavior to supervisors. The work supports clients’ comfort, dignity, and ability to remain at home.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, toileting, and hygiene
• prepare meals and snacks according to preferences and dietary needs
• help with light housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• provide mobility assistance and transportation to appointments or outings
• offer companionship and emotional support
• monitor and report changes in client behavior or health to supervisors.
