What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruiting strategies
• manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through onboarding handoff
• source and assess candidates
• coordinate references, background screening, I-9, E-Verify, and other pre-employment steps
• prepare offers
• maintain applicant tracking and HR records
• develop job postings
• manage recruiting vendors
• guide hiring managers on interviews
• report on recruiting activity
• travel to job sites, career events, schools, and other recruiting venues as needed.
