What you'll do

• Develop and enhance Appian process models, SAIL interfaces, records, reports, rules, and data types
• build workflows for correspondence, documents, access, task routing, and case status
• implement regulatory and policy changes
• support nightly automation jobs
• develop integrations with Kafka, REST APIs, Drupal, and document storage
• write and optimize SQL
• triage production defects and tickets
• participate in root cause analysis, hypercare, performance readiness, security remediation, and Agile delivery
• perform unit testing and peer code reviews.
