What you'll do

• Design scalable, secure inbound and outbound voice solutions, Session Border Controller configurations, and SIP trunking architectures
• configure and optimize Genesys Cloud CX, including routing strategies, Architect flows, IVR, and queue management
• oversee API, web service, and middleware integrations
• implement AI-driven capabilities and digital channels
• monitor contact center metrics, plan capacity, conduct load testing, and maintain voice quality of service
• establish architectural standards, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate on technical roadmaps.
