Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor

The Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor role is onsite in Cambridge, MA, with pay of $40–$52 per hour. The Neville Center at Fresh Pond is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The schedule is two 12-hour shifts per day every other weekend, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts. The supervisor directs center operations during assigned shifts, allocates staff, supports clinical decisions, monitors resident needs, and coordinates timely responses to emergencies and changes in care needs.

What you'll do

• Monitor staffing and allocate personnel
• coach staff as a clinical resource
• direct center operations and emergency response
• conduct unit rounds and adjust assignments
• evaluate residents and manage care-plan implementation or changes
• stabilize and monitor residents in acute distress
• contact physicians when needed
• collaborate with providers, departments, staff, families, and visitors
• uphold resident rights and safety procedures.
