What you'll do

• Assist the supervisor in assigning work
• help determine production methods and labor levels
• coordinate with supervisors, team members, and departments to meet client service-level agreements and key performance indicators
• train and coach employees
• provide performance information to the supervisor
• assist with ISO audits where applicable
• promote Lean methods and 5-S
• update work instructions and process flows
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• support quality, health, and safety standards.
