What you'll do

• Manage project budgets and schedules
• oversee site work and track changes and delays
• prepare owner change orders and billings
• review subcontractor billings and vendor invoices
• perform material and quantity take-offs
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes
• create schedules for manpower and equipment
• maintain cost-estimating tools
• maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
