CNC Lathe Machinist — Night Shift, Monday–Thursday

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, horizontal machining centers, and vertical machining centers
• perform tooling changes, offsets, setups, and first-piece inspections
• interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T requirements
• manufacture precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
• perform in-process inspections with precision measuring equipment
• adjust tooling, offsets, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters
• troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues
• monitor tooling performance and identify process-improvement opportunities
• complete production and inspection documentation
• collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.
