Maintenance Technician — Long-Term Care Facility

What you'll do

• Inspect equipment and identify repairs
• troubleshoot facility issues
• repair drywall, paint, doors, and building fixtures
• maintain lighting, flooring, and plumbing
• clean and maintain facilities
• order repair supplies
• assist with emergency housekeeping
• service patient rooms, baths, lounges, nurses’ stations, and offices
• vacuum and shampoo carpets and rugs.
