The Floor Technician — 3rd Shift role is onsite in Tampa, FL, at $15.50 per hour. FCS Facility Services provides janitorial cleaning solutions to maintain clean, hygienic, safe, and comfortable facilities. The technician maintains and restores client flooring using appropriate equipment and cleaning methods, while checking completed work, following safety procedures, and coordinating with clients and the service team.

What you'll do

• Clean, buff, strip, wax, and polish hardwood, tile, vinyl, and carpet
• assess floors and perform restoration to address stains, scratches, and other imperfections
• safely operate buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and carpet cleaners
• inspect completed work against company standards and client specifications
• follow safety procedures
• maintain supplies and equipment inventory and storage
• respond professionally to client inquiries
• coordinate with team members and supervisors.
